Seabreeze

My wife and I live in Seabreeze and I can honestly say there is no other place in Dewey or Rehoboth Beach that I would rather live. In the morning I grab a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over Dewey Beach, then get in my Kayak to check my crab pots, in the afternoon we can take the boat over to the Rusty Rudder for drinks and live music and when we want to walk to the Ocean we only have 5 blocks to travel, (other homes in the development are as close as three blocks to the beach). The neighborhood of Seabreeze has a community boat launch and approximately fourteen of the homes are direct bayfront and another dozen homes are located on canals opening up to the Rehoboth Bay. The sunsets are even more beautiful than the sunrise. If you like boating, fishing, crabbing or just incredible views, Seabreeze in Rehoboth Beach may be just what youre looking for.
